I was sitting and watching the show Orca Killing School on National Geographic. There is one particular scene that stood out in my mind. A mother seal that knew the pattern of the orcas hunting patterns was desperately trying to save her growing baby seal from the jaws of the orca. The mother seal saw the fin of the orca standing out of the water. The young seal almost the same size of the mother fought desperatly against her own mother because the young seal wanted to enter into the water. The scene of the mother seal fighting the way of her young, blocking the pups path from entering into the water was amazing, even though the young pup was screaming bearing its teeth. In this scene the orca was able to get another unprotected pup and drag it beneath the waves.
Nature mimics life and the spiritual. We must fight for our children, for our families. We must fight in the spirit if we love them. This is why prayer is so key to the protection of those whom we love. Those not covered in prayer are suceptible to the attacks and destruction of the enemy. We must wage war in the spirit against the influences in the lives of those whom we love from situations that can alter their emotional or mental stability making them subject to the destructive forces at work in the lives of so many. How painful it is to see a teenagers life slip away not knowing what went wrong.
"Pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." and again "Pray without ceasing"
Let us not let those whom we love fall pray to vices of the enemy. "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith," 1 Peter 5:8

Shamanism and Meditation
Forgive me for not writing for some time. I am not a writer but God has placed so many things on my heart I feel compelled to share them. I'm more of a math guy. Nevertheless Let me start.
Recently I watched a movie call Avatar. Now any one with an eye for movie plots can see that this movie was a futuristic, visuallly adaptive version of Dances with Wolves with Kevin Costner. In this movie the soldier disillusioned with his life as a soldier, becomes empathetic towards the natives and ends up fighting on their side. As creative as this is, there is one thing that stands out in my mind, the ability of these individuals to project their spirits out of their own bodies.
This is not new. This is a technique used by native americans as well as many eastern religions. There is a inherent danger in this technique that is dismissed by many. We live in a spiritual world which influences the natural. As christians we canot dismiss this fact. We must not forget that there was a war in heaven and multiplied billions of spirits or demons were cast down to the earth. We must also remember that spirits do influence the thought process of our minds. Look at the disciple Peter. The devil literally influenced the thought process of his mind contrary to the will and word of God, so much so that when Jesus rebuked him he directed it to the devil himself. We must also understand that demons do possess and oppress humans.
When one opens themselves up to deep meditation one opens up their spirit to demonic influence especially when you allow your mind to go blank or empty. This is not a movie. This is real and does work, rather it is astral projection or technology based disembodiment. They are also akin to NDE (near death experiences) or OBE (out of body experiences). Some NDEs or OBEs are caused by God and some are influenced by the devil.
Of the experiencies of individuals, some have gone out of their body to bring harm to others and have seen Angels. Some have seen demons. Some have seen other worlds, some have seen the world as you see it through the natural eyes they just can't be seen, This is really dependent on the level of their vibrational frequency. Make no mistake God is in control and through Jesus Christ have all things been created. The dimensions and magnitude of Gods creation we have not touched. Though people explore out of their bodies contrary to Gods will when death occurs without Jesus one is lost.
There is a heaven, there is a hell, there is a lake of fire, there are dimensions in between that God has created that we have not seen nor know of. But make no mistake who so evers name is not written in the lambs book of life by the blood of Jesus Christ will be cast into the lake of fire at that great day of Gods eternal judgement. Jesus said (I am the way the truth and the light no man comes to the father but by me).
Jesus is the key to eternal life and their is no other. Those who have tapped into the spiritual realms illegally and been shown things by spirit guides are being shown lies from demonic spirits seeking to steer you into hell eternally for their vitral hatred of all created in Gods image, and no surprise for Satan himself shall appear as a angel of light so what of his followers.
We are in a spiritual warfare not carnal or physical, clothe yourselves with the armour of God. Ephesians 6:10( Finally, my brethren be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand Stand therefore,)
If you are going to meditate, meditate on Gods word.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Seeds that Grow
When a farmer starts out he buys land,
Yes right out of the crowd you did stand,
Then the next step he takes is to sow,
And I pray that a friendship will grow,
Then right after he waters and feeds,
In your mind I am planting a seed,
Now the next step he takes much like mine no mistake, is to dance at the scene of the harvest.
Despise not the Power of planting a small insignificant seed. We know in nature that some of the smallest seeds yield the biggest trees. Words are seeds and like seeds it takes time for them to manifest, and even more time, sometimes, to decipher what type of plant it. In the case of words, what is planted will yield its desired fruit.
As parents out of frustration we sow seeds to our children that can stifle their growth spiritually and mentally as they grow older. It is like going to your garden and indiscriminately throwing out seeds. You may get weeds or flowers, trees or bushes. In other words a confused child.
The best seed for your garden if your looking at quality and yield is the Word of God. The bible. There is not a more excellent choice to place in the heart of your child. If your garden is already established it is going to take some work to uproot the old mindset and plant Gods Word.
Just to show you how dangerous some seeds are. The Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx were words written in a book embraced by millions. His words identifying the struggle of the working class has caused a major revolution in just about every country it has spread to. In the Soviet Union alone during this purge close to 90 million people perished. 90 million souls. What seeds were planted in Hitlers mind.
Let us learn how to plant seeds of faith, and hope and love. Plant Jesus in your heart and let him choke out all else.

The Joy of the Lord vs being happy
What is the difference between the Joy of the Lord and happiness?
Happiness (or being happy) is a state of now. It is a fleeting feeling. It is based off of your present situation. When your situation changes so does your state of happiness.
The Joy of the Lord is spiritually a higher plain. The Joy of the Lord will make you break down and cry because you know God is so good. It is not based off of how you feel now. It is based off of who God is. He is a provider, a deliverer, a counseler, a friend that sticks closer than a brother, one who cares, He who loves you so much he sent his Son to die for you, he who is the Alpha and Omega, and he who created all things. Knowing this, the Joy of the Lord gives us hope.
I remember being in my bedroom as a young adult being faced with mounting problems. I didn't know what to do so I took it to God in prayer. I poured my heart out to God. I hid nothing, its is not as if he didn't know how I felt or what I thought. No matter right or wrong it is best to tell God how you feel. If you are not honest in prayer, right or wrong, you cannot recieve his correction. As I prayed to God, the presence of the Lord filled my room so heavily with love and joy that in the midst of a bad situation I didn't care. I knew he would work it out. And indeed he did. The presence of God I felt was beyond what I can describe. The only thing I could say at that time was I felt loved. I knew that God the Father through his Son Jesus was with me saying I am thinking about you.
Happiness does not transcend your situation because it is based on your situation. The Joy of the Lord will not allow you to take in the poisons of life, like doubt, fear and worry to destroy your peace. The Joy of the Lord is your strength. When fear comes happiness says I'm out of here.
So don't desire to just be happy the rest of your life, seek the Joy of the Lord.
[Jn 16:21] A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a child is born into the world. [22] And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

Never give up, You are too valuable
Eze 37:1] The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, [2] And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. [3] And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Relationship vs Religion
No Baptist, Evangelical, Pentecostal, Catholic, Presbyterian, Mormon, Church of God, Church of God in Christ, Seventh day Adventist, Orthodox, Greek Orthodox, Episcopalian, or any other denominational church member is going to make it to heaven because of their church membership, but they which do the will of the Father. There is one God and Father of all, one Lord Jesus who died for all and one precious Holy Spirit. God did not create all of these denominations, man did through the machinations and manipulation of the enemy to divide and conquer.
This christian faith is about Jesus Christ and a relationship with him. Your religion is not going to save you. Your relationship with Jesus will. Conversly their are many who attend these denominational churches weekly with a false security in eternal salvation because of their church atendance and giving, with no relationship with Jesus. Works but no faith.
God meets us at our level because of our cultural and national differences but as we grow and mature in his word he may indeed bring us out of some of these denominations because we have a better understanding of the Love and Word of the Father. He may save a black man from one country through a different medium than a white man from another. But as they grow, if they study the word of God and seek him with all of their heart, they will find themselves moving closer together by the bind of the Holy Spirit of God. God knows these differences matter on earth only but not in heaven or hell. In hell they won't care about color or culture due to the sufferings and in heaven the Love of God transcends all and we come to full knowledge. No, this only matters on earth. Let me put it a different way There is a white man in hell right now that would give anything to trade places with a black south african in prison with aids just to get a chance to repent. Conversly there is a black man in hell right now that has had to work hard all his life to attain a wealthy standard of living, but missed Jesus because of his bitterness, that would trade places with a white man living in a trailer with cancer just to get a chance to repent. I'm telling you in heaven and hell color and culture don't matter. Just on earth which is why the devil exploits it.
Every one claims Jesus. The Muslims, Jews and Christians all claim Jesus in one way or another. If you believe Jesus to be a prophet, teacher and the Son of God we should focus on getting to know Jesus for ourselves FOR THERE IS NO OTHER NAME GIVEN AMONG MEN WHEREBY WE MUST BE SAVED. JESUS.
On a personal note I have been to several churches above and as long as they are teaching the word of God I do not have a problem with them. When they start to deviate from the word to teach philosophies or mans wisdom I have a problem. Some churches if they would just read the bible over the pulpit would feed their flock more than what they are getting now. God is Love this is the summation of the Gospel, but not mans love. Gods love wants souls to be saved it is not pretentious, self righteous, controlling, greedy, haughty, devisive, or judgmental, but it does correct in love. It comforts, encourages the lowly and abases the prideful.
Gods love says I want you to make it to heaven, I love you dearly but hell does exist and it is real it was not prepared for you and I don't want you to go there, but I can't lie and my word is set. Come to me try me believe on me, I will take you as you are I don't care what you have ever done in life I will forgive you and heal you. You are my creation and I sent my Son to die for you so you could live. Hear my words come to me all you who think you have no hope. I love you eternally. I think about you always I watch you when you sleep. Come to me time is short and I will return soon, be ye ready.

Where is Cassini
In 2003 Nasa crashed the Galileo space probe into Jupiter. Not too many media channels reported on it. About a month after it crashed it caused a explosion and resulting cloud the size of the planet earth. Jupiter is a failed Sun. It has about 80% hydrogen and 15 % helium, not far from the composition of our own Sun. Saturn is much smaller with a similar composition. Cassini has twice as much plutonium as did Galileo. If Cassini didn't crash into Saturn then what did. There was a explosion on Saturn the size of the earth if not larger. This was reported on MSNBC, for how much longer I don't know. God have mercy on mankind for they are driven by what they believe, not truth.
Enough plutonium would turn Saturn into a Sun. The return of Jesus Christ is not far off. There shall be a time of trouble such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time nor ever shall be. God is not just going to shake the earth he is going to shake the solar system for a reason. Come Lord Jesus.
